Our ethos is that improving engagement and collaboration between researchers, conservation practitioners, policymakers and professionals from the private sector will help implement more impactful interventions on the ground, that are informed by a strong evidence base. The goal is to address the widely recognised mismatch between academic research and conservation practice for issues surrounding the illegal and unsustainable wildlife trade.
The programme offered stakeholders working in the field of wildlife trade the chance to spend up to 3 months with our research team and the affiliated Interdisciplinary Centre for Conservation Science group, at the University of Oxford, to develop collaborative publications, ideas or proposals.
Please note that we are not accepting expressions of interest or applications for Fellows at this time.
