Full (Residential) Symposium Package: £315

  • Participation, Refreshments and Lunches for all 3 days (September 25, 26 & 27)
  • Evening Wine and Poster Reception (September 25)
  • Priority Registration for Evening Debate Event (September 26)
  • Subsidised, on-site, single en-suite Accommodation, inclusive of Breakfasts for 2 nights (September 25 & 26)
  • 3-Course served Dinners for 2 evenings (September 25 & 26)

*** Residential delegates have the option of booking additional nights’ accommodation at St Catherine’s College, inclusive of breakfast for either or both nights of September 24 & 27 at a cost of £76/person/night.

Day-only (Non-residential) Symposium Package: £195

*** Non-residential delegates have the option of booking supplementary, 3-course, served dinners at St Catherine’s College with residential delegates, for either or both evenings of September 25 & 26 at a cost of £27/person/dinner.

A limited number of bursaries, based on financial need, are available to cover travel, accommodation and registration costs. Click here for more information and to apply.


Notes:
Ticket sales will close September 10, advanced registration is encouraged. Refunds will only be available until September 10 and are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of £25. Full refunds are available until August 15 and only 50% of the ticket price may be refunded from August 15 until September 10. Registration fees are priced at cost to cover venue and facilities fees and cannot be further discounted.
